For this reason, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an item has been shipped, except in the case of defective or damaged products.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives defective or damaged, please contact us at support@dynastyyy.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the product and packaging. Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. After this period, cancellations are not possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances:

Refund Processing
