We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada only.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days

Canada:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–9 business days

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-volume periods.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, chosen shipping method, and order weight.

5. Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to ensure your privacy. No product names or branding appear on the outside of the package.

6. Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. You can use this number to check your delivery status online.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For Canadian orders, additional customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. DyNasty is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to claim, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
